1970-1980

Secondary school, specialisation mathematics.

1980-1986

Academy of Architecture in Sverdlovsk (Ekaterinenburg). Graduated with degree MA, specialisation 'Architecture of public buildings and residential building'.

1986-1987

Interior designer in Moscow. The most important customers:
- Fedorov's Clinic of Ophthalmology;
- Automobile factory 'Likhachov' (ZIL);
- Chamber of Commerce.

1987-1993

Production designer for different Russian film studio's (Uralfilm, Mosfilm, Gorki-Studio en Lenfilm). Realisation of a number of films and various smaller projects, such as: commercials, expositions and workshops. Two films were selected for the Film Festival in Cannes (1992) and a Film Festival in Rotterdam (1993).

1994-1995

Move to Berlin after getting a grant of the European Media Business School (Nipkow Program).

1995-1998

Design and realisation of various films, commercials and exhibitions for the Babelsberg Film studio's (Berlin).

1998-1999

Production design for German-Hungarian film of Medias Res Film Production.

1999

Move to Amsterdam. Various set-concepts and storyboards for Dutch producers and advertising agencies.

2000-2001

Scenic designer at NOB-Scenic services(Hilversum). Concept design and realisation of different sets for TV programmes. Since midyear 2001 participation in several projects related to amusement parks, such as:
- Six Flags (USA), attr. 'Mad House' (Wavre, Belgi‘) (concept, design);
- Ocean Park, Shopping Mall (Hongkong) (concept, design);
- Ocean Park, attr. 'Dubble Shot' (Hongkong) (concept, design);
- Vekoma (NL), elaboration of the theme for the switchback, (Warner Broth., Botrop, Germany) (concept, design);

2001-2002

Freelance designer at Efteling BV (NL).

2002-2003

Senior designer at Efteling BV (NL)
